Computer and I (Draft two)

Computers play a more and more important role in modern life. They have been widely used throughout our life. As we know, we can use computers to buy products on the Internet. Therefore, we won't feel annoyed because we don't have to choose which vehicles to take when we go shopping. Aside from shopping on the Internet, we can also find that computers can substitute manpower and control machines. For instance, many factories and companies use computers to manage their production line instead of real workers recently. In addition, we can discover that we are able to get abundant information which we do not know from the Interent. People used to learn what happen from TV and newspaper before. Compared with the past, we can now utilize computers to obtain the information as well. Computers are widely used now, and people have relied on computers for so long. It goes without saying that we can not live without computers in the future.

Personally, I have a dislike for computers. Despite the advantages computers bring, I can not ignore the weaknesses computers have. Firstly, computers do harm to our eyesight and irritate our eyes. It is pointed out that people who often play the computers games are more likely to have poor eyesight than those who don't . Some experts even indicate that computers may decrease our intelligence and make us become stupid. Secondly, many people use computers to commit crimes which police are not aware of. Computers really cause a lot of social problems now. In my opinion, computers benefit us people a lot, but they may destroy us as well as our society someday.
