Tips for Staying Healthy(Draft one)

People have paid more attention to the health recently. In my opinion, there are three tips for staying healthy. Firstly, take exercise frequently because exercise can prevent our bodies from aging. Like wise, exercise can help sweat then excrete the waste in our bodies. Secondly, quality sleep is also important. According to some researches, sleeping copiously can increase our bodies' immunity. Lastly, keep in a good mood anytime. Some experts pointed out that anger or nervousness may decrease cells' development , and even kill them. Above are the points for staying healthy. If you want to be healthy, keep them in mind!
